Contrary to good science and ample field evidence, the Giant Sequoia Lands Coalition maintains that sequoias cannot regenerate without intensive human help.
This "help" includes remunerative extraction schemes such as post-fire logging, which is arguably the worst silvicultural practice short of paving over forestlands.
